Social Media Manager

Kennedy and Crowe's Digital Marketing Team is charged with helping to create and deliver marketing programs that advance the growth of the company. The Social Media Manager will act as an independent contractor with Kennedy and Crowe. 

The Social Media Manager is a passionate, well versed, and socially extroverted marketing expert. In collaboration with the marketing team, they will be responsible for developing and managing Kennedy and Crowe's social media accounts across all platforms. 

The Social Media Manager must be a creative problem solver with a passion for integrating our brand across multiple social media platforms as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Executes integrated social media presence across multiple platforms and channels to foster consumer engagement, brand awareness and sales
  • Manages strategy, creative development, and executions of social campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Creates a budget then manages organic and paid content, publishing and engaging with fans and followers
  • Continually tests multiple creative concepts, tracks data
  • Marketing lead across a number of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest.
  • Develops and executes lifestyle-based content using a diverse mix of text, image, video, and UGC types of content
  • Provides regular updates and reporting to ensure performance goals are being met and providing needed recommendations when necessary
  • Collaborates with the brand manager and copywriter to develop messaging
  • Manages the day-to-day messaging, monitoring and moderation of all Kennedy and Crowe social media platforms.
  • Assists with the evaluation and campaign implementation of emerging social media channels
  • Implements a content calendar in conjunction with other marketing leads
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or English strongly preferred
  • At least two years of online marketing experience in either brand marketing, social media, email, or Adwords advertising
  • At least six months of professional social media marketing in at least three social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube)

SEO Specialist & Editor

 

Kennedy and Crowe's Digital Marketing Team is charged with helping to create and deliver marketing programs that advance the growth of the company. The Social Media Manager will act as an independent contractor with Kennedy and Crowe. The SEO Specialist and Editor will act as an independent contractor with Kennedy and Crowe. 

The SEO Specialist & Editor is responsible for executing the SEO program for Tiege. This role manages the SEO agency, works with external writers, leads technical SEO for the site.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the corporate level SEO of Kennedy and Crowe's website. 
  • Researches and submits article topics for external writers
  • Edits all content received from agency and external writers
  • Provides regular updates and reporting to ensure performance goals are being met and providing recommendations when necessary
  • Collaborates with the other members of Kennedy and Crowe's team to develop messaging for blogs and onsite content
  • Manages the day-to-day SEO monitoring tools
  • Works with the Kennedy and Crowe team to provide messaging for ad copy
  • Works with the Brand team to create written copy for all outward facing company communication
  • Performs other job-related duties as requested

Director of e-Commerce

Kennedy and Crowe's Technology Team is charged with maximizing the customer experience at kennedyandcrowe.com, increasing web conversion rates and implementing user-friendly engagement points within our brand to increase retention. The Director of e-Commerce will act as an independent contractor with Kennedy and Crowe.


The Director of eCommerce works in collaboration with marketing then guides their team to provide the maximum level of technical support for all acquisition campaigns, conversion optimization, and retention campaigns. They are aware of and strive to implement best in class e-Commerce technology and platforms.

The Director of e-Commerce must be a technical and analytical problem solver with a passion for using technology to improve our consumer's experiences and build brand engagement.

Must have’s

  • Proven record of maximizing conversion rates
  • Technically competent (full stack) to handle small to larger scale e-Commerce projects
  • Ability to quickly formulate a strategic approach and implement best in class e-Commerce solutions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive the overall e-Commerce and digital strategy, partnering with relevant internal andexternal stakeholders, to enhance the online customer experience, while maximizing the usability, performance, and ROI of our website
  • Responsible for all eCommerce functionality including navigation, site conversion, promotions, and merchandising features
  • Build the guiding vision and lead the e-Commerce business with customer insights, clear strategies, and articulated tactics
  • Develop and manage a testing program to continually improve conversion rates and the customer experience
  • Ensure that our website is safe, operational 24/7 365 days, that all e-Commerce activities protect the customer information and that Kennedy and Crowe is GDPR compliant
  • Leverage experience and knowledge of industry best practices and supporting technologies to develop an exceptional digital, mobile and e-Commerce experience for our customers
  • Utilize business analytics and data to find actionable solutions to customer and business issues
  • Manage the prioritization of product enhancements
  • Build and lead the day to day technology team (UX and Dev) with urgency to deliver on marketing lead e-Commerce strategies
  • Perform “Industrial Data Intelligence” across a wide range of digital platforms (website, GA, landing pages, marketing campaigns, customer database, etc.) in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team, reporting on important trends and actionable improvements
  • Direct involvement in customer acquisition projects
  • Collect web data and statistics, then make recommendations to improve the website
  • Provide daily, weekly and/ or monthly reports.

  • Prior experience in the design and implementation of business process improvement is strongly preferred
